Two mean are dead in a single-vehicle accident after the driver loses control of the vehicle and slams into two trees. The crash took place at the edge of Wekvia Springs State Park in Seminole County at approximately 1:00 AM on Thursday morning, November 26, 2009.

Ujval Desai, 22, of Orlando, was traveling northbound on Wekiva Springs Road, just north of Orlando, when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Rescue workers transported Anton Cantiberos, 23, who was a passenger in the car at the time of the accident, to Orlando Regional Medical Center. Hospital officials pronounced Cantiberos dead a few hours later.

The Florida Highway Patrol has reported that neither Desai nor Cantiberos were wearing seat belts at the time of the fatal accident.

Local authorities are still investigating the Seminole County car accident. The Florida Highway Patrol have reported that early reports indicate that wet pavement may have played a role in the one-vehicle accident that claimed the lives of the two men.
