How much is my personal injury case worth?
A: Every case is different and there is no real formula for calculating what a case is worth. However, some of the factors used in determining damages include: past/future medical bills, prior injuries/conditions, prior accidents; past/future lost wages, pain, suffering, and the severity of your permanent injuries sustained as a result of the accident. Also, the available amoutns of insurance coverage (BI or UM) are also a factor in determining the value of a personal injury case.
