According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), a 53-year-old man from Orlando was killed Saturday night in a two-car crash at the curve linking Zell Drive and United Way.
Orlando Medina was driving his Dodge Neon southbound on United Way, when Leslie Pimentel, driving a Lexus SUV westbound on Zell Drive, turned right into United Way but crossed the double yellow line into Medina's lane, and struck the Dodge Neon on the driver's side, the Orlando Sentinel report said.
Medina was pronounced dead at the scene. Pimentel, 29, and her passengers Jorge Felix, 28, and Maria Pimentel, 20, were unhurt, the FHP said.
The attorneys of Johnson & Gilbert express their most sincere condolences to the family and friends of Orlando Medina.
