After losing control of his SUV on I-95, a Florida man was ejected from his vehicle and critically injured. The driver was not wearing his seat belt.
Driving north on I-95 near Scottsmoor, the man drove his 1994 Nissan Pathfinder onto the median. It rolled over and he was thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to the Holmes Region Medical Center.
Not only was the man not wearing his seat belt, but he had received a citation for not wearing a seat belt earlier that same day. The ticket had been issued as part of the "Click It or Ticket" National Campaign.
